The electorate of Flynn is over 132,000 square kilometres and is almost twice the size of Tasmania.
It stretches from the Central Highlands to the West, Gracemere to the North, Gladstone to the East and Wondai to the South while taking in the towns in between.
I drive over 50,000 kilometres a year staying in touch with our local communities and spend around 20 weeks in Canberra representing you in Parliament.
My electorate offices are open in the following locations to service the large Flynn electorate:
- 76 Goondoon Street, Gladstone QLD 4680
- 2/115 Egerton Street, Emerald QLD 4720
- 39 Capper Street, Gayndah QLD 4625
Â
I’m committed to taking Flynn forward.
🇦🇺🇳🇿 Redeemer Lutheran College, Biloela/ Biloela State High School ANZAC Services 🇦🇺🇳🇿
The students at Redeemer Lutheran College were addressed by Mr John Rathjen of Biloela RSL and Sargeant Andrew Boyd.
The service consisted of moving presentations by the year 6 library monitors and the year 10 class.
Biloela State High School had a lovely service commemorating ANZAC Day. Following the service, the official party was invited to see the Purple Hearts display in the BSHS library. Over 1000 purple poppies were received from DVA to help with the display created by staff to showcase the animals roles in wars.
Well done to the students and staff from both schools! ... See MoreSee Less

The Minister for the Environment, Tanya Plibersek is clearly ‘greenwashing’ her approval of wind and solar projects across Australia.
The image on the left is what she used to announce the approval of the Mount Hopeful wind farm in Central Queensland. The image on the right is the actual image of where these wind turbines are going to go. These spectacular forests and mountain tops are going to be bulldozed and destroyed due to Minister Plibersek’s approval.
